How We Work Without Consolidation
We recover and pay you the full face value on ALL electronically collected NSF checks.
The Journey of a check
- A customer writes a check at your business
- You deposit the check
- The check bounces at your bank
- The check is then sent to our processing center
- You are notified weekly via fax, email or online (name, amount, check # etc)
- We determine why the check bounced - If other than NSF, see "Secondary Collections" below.
- If the check is NSF (Non sufficient funds, we attempt the check again)
- If the check bounces again, it is held and attempted on specific pre-determined days of the week and month
- When the funds are collected you are paid the full amount of the check the following Monday. It's that simple!
Secondary Collections (Optional)
If a checks bounce because of a "Closed Account," or the check is not collectable electronically, they are sent to our affiliate secondary collection group for traditional collections (letters, phone calls, skip tracing, etc.) You (the merchant) are paid 80% face value of any check collected in this manner. There will be many more questions that you will have that can be handled as they come up. Please ask.
There is no fee to merchants at any time!!
